Senior HR Executive (Recruitment & Operation)

As a Senior HR Executive, your role will involve following and implementing the overall recruiting strategy of the company to hire adequately skilled employees. You will be responsible for managing and updating our job portal constantly. Additionally, conducting performance appraisals and assessments on a regular basis will be part of your responsibilities.

Your duties will also include assisting our students in finding suitable employment by coordinating with various companies and scheduling interviews for them.
