Provide second-line support for M 365 applications, including Exchange, SharePoint, One.
Drive for Business, Teams and M 365 Groups.
Assist in the administration and troubleshooting of SPO, including site collections, permissions, and workflows.
Support users with document management, libraries, and SharePoint-based collaboration tools.
Work with senior engineers to implement changes, migrations, and enhancements in SharePoint and other M 365 services.
Respond to and resolve M 365-related technical issues via tickets, email, and phone.
Assist with user account management in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and M 365 Admin Center.
Works with partners/3rd parties and engineering teams to document how the technology is designed and deployed for the service, constantly working with internal and external teams to improve technical configurations and keep them up to date.
Provide basic training and guidance to users on SharePoint and M 365 tools.
Stay updated with M 365 updates and fea.
