As Serco expands its programs and partnerships in Canada, we are seeking experienced individuals who want to lead or be a part of a dedicated team for the Alberta Assisted Living and Social Services program.(ALSS) The ALSS is a program targeting Job Seekers who face barriers to entry into the job market in Alberta and this team will enhance the Job Seekers experience and engagement by building trust, reduce isolation and contribute to improved employment outcomes.
