Sephora is actively seeking a motivated Experience Manager for its Upper Canada Mall location. This full-time role requires expertise in team development, training beauty advisors, and promoting innovative technologies to improve customer interactions. You will manage the online reservation system, ensuring a seamless flow of clients while maintaining staffing levels and store organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio
  • Train and develop beauty advisors for elevated service delivery
  • Oversee client reservation system for service appointments
  • Ensure visual merchandising complies with company standards

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
