Role Description

This is an on-site, part-time role based in Washington, DC. As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing clients’ beauty needs. You will actively engage with customers, provide personalized product recommendations, demonstrate products, and share your expertise to inspire client confidence. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, restocking shelves, and ensuring a beautiful and clean sales floor to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and retail sales, with a client-first approach to building relationships.
• Knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products, with the ability to provide tailored advice and product recommendations.
• Hands-on skills in cosmetology or specific beauty techniques, and enthusiasm for learning about emerging beauty trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and comfort engaging with a diverse clientele.
• Flexibility to work a part-time schedule that may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Previous experience in a retail beauty environment is a plus but not required.
