Qualifications

• Manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners and publishers.
• Onboard new affiliates and expand the affiliate network.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize to achieve KPIs and ROI goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign launches and tracking setup.
• Share daily/weekly performance reports with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure traffic quality, compliance, and fraud monitoring.
• Work with mobile tracking platforms like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava, Singular.
• Analyze campaign data and provide recommendations for scaling and optimization.
• Negotiate payouts and budgets with affiliates to maximize performance.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing (Mobile).
• Strong network of mobile affiliates, publishers, and traffic sources.
• Hands-on experience with mobile tracking platforms and attribution tools.
• Good understanding of CPI, CPA campaigns.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
