About the Role

This is a B2B, new-business-focused producer role for licensed professionals who want to build their own commercial book in an open and underdeveloped market, while leveraging strong carrier access and internal support.

This opportunity is ideal for producers who enjoy prospecting, relationship-building, and owning the full sales cycle, without being responsible for day-to-day account servicing.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and grow a book of B2B commercial insurance business through net-new production
  • Prospect, develop, and close new client relationships across general commercial industries
  • Represent client in the local market through networking, events, and direct outreach
  • Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline using Salesforce
  • Partner with internal service teams to transition sold business for onboarding and ongoing servicing
  • Develop relationships with Centers of Influence such as CPAs, attorneys, and bankers
  • Participate in periodic in-person sales meetings and team collaboration

What You’ll Bring

  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Experience selling B2B commercial insurance or complex B2B solutions
  • Proven ability to prospect, hunt, and close new business
  • Strong self-direction and comfort working autonomously
  • Professional communication and relationship-building skills
