We are looking for a highly skilled Amazon PPC Ads Manager to manage and optimize advertising campaigns for Amazon seller accounts and brands. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Ads ecosystem) and a deep understanding of Amazon’s advertising algorithm, bidding strategies, and performance metrics.
This role is performance-driven and requires someone who can scale campaigns profitably while improving ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS.
Key Responsibilities:Campaign Creation & Management
- Plan, create, and manage:
- Sponsored Products campaigns
- Sponsored Brands campaigns
- Sponsored Display campaigns
- Build and manage Auto & Manual campaigns
- Structure campaigns for scalability and performance
Keyword & Targeting Expertise
- Conduct advanced keyword research using tools and Amazon data
- Identify and implement negative keywords to reduce wasted spend
- Work on:
- Contextual targeting
- Remarketing audiences
- In-market audiences
- Lifestyle & interest-based audiences
Optimization & Performance Scaling
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve:
- ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales)
- TACoS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales)
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- CTR (Click Through Rate)
- Conversion Rate
- Impressions & Reach
- Optimize:
- Bids and bidding strategies
- Keyword targeting
- Placement adjustments
- Budget allocation
Strategy & Decision Making
- Develop strategies based on campaign goals:
- Reach
- Page Visits
- Conversions
- Select the right strategy based on product lifecycle & category
Listing & Brand Optimization Support
- Work closely with content/design team on:
- Amazon A+ Content
- Brand Store optimization
- Ensure ads align with listing quality for better conversions
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon PPC / Amazon Advertising
- Strong understanding of Amazon Ads algorithm & ranking factors
- Proven experience managing multiple seller/brand accounts
- Expertise in:
- Keyword research & harvesting
- Negative keyword strategy
- Bid optimization
- Campaign scaling
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Must-Have Performance Experience:
Candidate must demonstrate ability to:
- Reduce ACoS while scaling revenue
- Improve TACoS across account level
- Increase ROAS sustainably
- Improve CTR and conversion rate
- Scale impressions without wasting spend
Good to Have:
- Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Perpetua, etc.
- Experience working with international Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, EU,IN)
- Understanding of SEO for Amazon listings
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
