Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM) is a vertical solution on top of Dynamics 365 platform. We are expecting the applicant to have deep understanding of at least one area of Power Platform. Candidate is expected to be a programmer first and someone who has learned Power Platform

Roles and Responsibilities.

• L3 support and enhancement of Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM) on Dynamics 365 / Dataverse (this is similar to other modules like Sales / Customer Engagement / Marketing etc)
• Develop and maintain custom MSM modules, including fully custom Product compliance solutions
• Design and build Power Pages portals for internal facilities and external supplier data collection
• Create and optimize Power Automate flows for data ingestion, validation, and orchestration
• Design and manage Dataverse schema, security roles, and integrations
• Develop Power BI dashboards with optimized datasets, DAX, and RLS
• Manage DEV / TEST / PROD deployments and troubleshoot production issues

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer
• Deep knowledge of Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Pages, Dataflows)
• Strong Power BI development experience
• Experience building custom solutions beyond OOTB
• Experience with external data collection portals
• Javascript, C#.Net and plugin development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
