Deputy Manager - Planning (High Rise Residential Projects)

Role & responsibilities

• Experienced in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring for construction projects using MS Project (MSP).
• Skilled in developing baseline schedules, Level 13 programs, look-ahead plans, and managing Aluform/MIVAN construction cycles.
• Proficient in tracking project progress against baselines, identifying critical path activities, and preparing recovery plans for delays.
• Expertise in preparing MIS reports, S-curves, manpower histograms, Gantt charts, and variance analysis reports.
• Strong coordination with procurement, subcontractors, and site teams to align resources and material schedules with project timelines.
• Experienced in earned value analysis (SPI/CPI), resource utilization monitoring, and schedule risk identification.
• Adept at conducting progress review meetings, maintaining project documentation, and coordinating with QA/QC, billing, and design teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience in client reporting and project lifecycle scheduling.

Preferred candidate profile

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 8+ years of experience in construction planning for residential high-rise projects (G+10 and above).
• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Project (MSP) for schedule creation, baselining, tracking, and reporting; Primavera P6 knowledge is an added advantage.
• Experienced in planning and monitoring Aluform/MIVAN formwork cycles, project timelines, and construction activities.
• Proficient in MS Excel for MIS reporting, earned value analysis, resource planning, and dashboard preparation, with working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, BOQ, rate analysis, and coordination with PMC/CPMC firms and real estate developers.
