Compensation: $75,000 – $125,000+ (Base + Performance-Based Incentives)

The Opportunity
We are hiring a high-level Operations Manager to take ownership of our lead generation systems, CRM infrastructure, and deal flow performance across multiple markets.
This is not an administrative or task-based role.
This is a performance-driven operations role where you will be responsible for ensuring leads are properly handled, systems are optimized, and marketing converts into consistent revenue.
You will own execution across the pipeline—from lead intake to closed deal performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily operations across all lead generation channels
- Manage CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to ensure accurate pipeline flow
- Ensure speed-to-lead, follow-up, and lead handling standards are consistently executed
- Track and analyze KPIs (CPL, conversion rates, ROI, pipeline velocity)
- Identify breakdowns in marketing, sales, or follow-up systems and implement fixes
- Work directly with marketing and acquisitions teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Build and document SOPs to support scalable operations
- Assist in launching and optimizing campaigns in new markets
- Ensure no leads or opportunities are missed, delayed, or improperly handled
You are ultimately responsible for ensuring leads move efficiently through the pipeline and convert into deals.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in operations, project management, or related role
- REQUIRED: Experience in real estate, lead generation, or marketing agency environment
- Strong CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Proven ability to work with KPIs and performance metrics
- Highly organized with strong execution and accountability mindset
- Ability to operate independently without constant oversight
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, or listing operations
- Background in high-volume sales environments (insurance, solar, mortgage, etc.)
- Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or funnel-based marketing systems
- Experience managing virtual teams, ISAs, or inside sales teams
- Experience building systems from scratch or scaling operations
Compensation & Growth
- $75,000 – $125,000+ base (based on experience)
- Performance-based bonuses tied to measurable results
