Position OverviewSeeking a Development Associate to support a national development platform. This role plays a key part in sourcing and executing development and construction management projects from inception through completion.The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while collaborating across internal teams and external partners. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport execution of development and third-party construction projectsCoordinate project activities across financing, design, construction, scheduling, and deliveryPerform due diligence by reviewing zoning, contracts, financials, and lease documentsDevelop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and pro formasTrack progress against milestones and ensure timely project deliveryManage project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultantsMaintain relationships with stakeholders such as tenants, brokers, and lendersAssist with business development efforts, including RFI/RFQ/RFP responses Qualifications2-5 years of experience in real estate development, construction management, or related fieldBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, or similarWorking knowledge of development, construction, and/or real estate finance principlesStrong financial modeling and analytical skills (advanced Excel proficiency required)Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and in team settingsStrong written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to travel as neededHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
