Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nail Technician who excels in providing high-quality manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art to join our growing team. Face and body waxing, threading, lash and eyebrow tinting and lamination, lash lift (a big bonus, but not required.)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to earn commissions by bringing in new clients and building your own loyal clientele, while contributing to the overall success and growth of our salon. As a key member of our team, you will also have the potential to take on a crucial role in the business’s development as we expand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and intricate nail art designs.
• Experience with eyebrow shaping, body waxing, lash lift/tinting/extensions, brow lamination is definitely a huge asset
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene for both tools and the nail stations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing experience for each client.
• Recommend products and services based on clients’ needs and preferences.
• Help grow the salon’s clientele by bringing in new customers, through both personal efforts and collaboration with the team.
• Offer advice on nail care, aftercare, and health to ensure long-lasting results for clients.
• Stay current with the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and nail care products to ensure services are innovative and up-to-date.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Assist with promotional events, marketing efforts, and social media content creation to increase visibility of your work and the salon.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performing manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art.
• Proven expertise in nail art designs and detailed work.
• Ability to engage with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow a loyal client base.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, as needed.
