Experience: 3–5 years in administrative functions

Role Overview:
Assist in administration functions covering canteen operations, travel, housekeeping, and transportation, while coordinating with security and support activities to ensure smooth organizational functioning. Responsibilities include data collection, organizing administrative expense data, managing front desk activities, and preparing MIS reports for respective locations.
Major Accountabilities:
- Supervise and support the administration team in managing daily operations like housekeeping, hygiene, canteen, travel, transportation, and security.
- Monitor canteen operations.
- Coordinate and support organizational events.
- Implement, maintain, and monitor QEHS performance, including statutory and legal compliance.
- Coordinate audits (OHSAS, EMS, ISO, etc.), initiate steps, and follow up for preparedness.
- Manage and maintain first aid, support health and safety drives.
- Support reception activities, including biometric access control processes.
