The Role

We are looking for a Junior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our customer support and implementation team. You will be responsible for helping our clients maintain a secure posture while learning the intricacies of modern defense-in-depth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers regarding security incidents and infrastructure queries.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of security tools (Firewalls, EDR, IAM).
• Monitor AI-powered security ecosystems for potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement resilient security frameworks.

Requirements

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering (Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related).
• Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers with strong project work/internships encouraged).
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and security fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction.
• A proactive mindset and a passion for AI-driven security.
