We are seeking a Call Center Representative who is customer-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in both office and remote environments.

Responsibilities

· Answer and handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously

· Assist customers with scheduling, service information, and general inquiries

· Accurately document customer interactions and update account information

· Coordinate with field teams to support service appointments

· Resolve issues when possible or escalate to the appropriate department

· Maintain company policies and high customer service standards

Work From Home Requirements (Saturday)

· Dedicated, quiet workspace free from background noise and distractions

· Reliable high-speed internet connection

· Ability to work independently and remain productive without direct supervision

· Professional phone demeanor while working remotely

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Previous call center or customer service experience preferred

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Basic computer and data entry skills

· Bilingual candidates are a plus
