Job Description
- Perform high-quality aluminium welding using MIG processes
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair aluminium structures, pipes, and components
- Ensure proper joint preparation, alignment, and finishing of welds
- Conduct visual inspection of welds to ensure quality and compliance with standards
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace regulations
- Coordinate with supervisors and fitters to ensure timely completion of work
- Handle rework and rectification of welding defects when necessary
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in aluminium welding (TIG/MIG preferred)
- Ability to weld thin and thick aluminium materials with precision
- Familiarity with industrial standards and welding codes
- Basic knowledge of fabrication and fitting practices
- Ability to work in shipbuilding, construction, or industrial environments
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in confined or elevated spaces
- Relevant welding certification is an added advantage
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
