Senior Recruiter ( Non-IT )

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Experience of sourcing CVs on Job portals.
• Familiarity with industries including Oil and gas, EPC, IT and non IT
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Understanding of referral programs
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Good working knowledge of various job portals like naukri.com etc.

Duties &

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end process of recruitment
• Sourcing candidates from different job portals , Employee Referrals or internal job transfer
• Co-ordinate between Candidates & Clients starting from scheduling till placement
• Understand the business requirement and strategize to fill requirements
• Manpower planning
• Updating data in Company software and preparing daily reports.
• Coordinate with candidate/Documentations /joining process/scheduled interview
• To be part of the quality improvement initiative and protocols of the organization
