We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in property buying/selling decisions, and closing deals efficiently.
You will play a key role in guiding customers through the real estate journey—from site visits to final documentation—while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, social media, references, and field activities
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Build strong relationships with clients for long-term engagement
- Follow up regularly to convert leads into sales
- Handle negotiation and closing of deals
- Coordinate with legal/finance teams for smooth documentation
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline
Job Requirements (JR)
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of real estate market (training will be provided)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Must be proactive, confident, and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
- Graduate preferred (any stream)
