  • Liaise with municipalities, government agencies, landowners, and third-party stakeholders to support project approvals and compliance.
  • Assist with negotiations with landowners for select complex or high-value telecom sites, including leases, licenses, and easements.
  • Compile and prepare final project handover packages for client delivery.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in municipal planning, telecommunications, land use planning, permitting, real estate, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of municipal processes, zoning, land use policies, and permitting requirements is considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Google Earth, ArcGIS, and municipal or land-based systems is considered an asset.
  • Valid Driver’s License; occasional travel for meetings and site visits may be required.
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Planning, Geography, Urban Studies, Real Estate, or a related field is considered an asset.

What We Offer
