Field Adjuster - Hybrid Claims Specialist

Become a Field Claims Adjuster in a hybrid capacity, focusing on delivering exceptional support to clients in the Lloydminster region. Your role will encompass investigating claims and providing top-notch customer service throughout the claims lifecycle.

In this full-time position, you will utilize your two years of claims adjusting experience alongside strong analytical skills to ensure effective handling of claims. You will engage directly with policyholders, establishing quantum of damages while employing technology for efficient assessments. Key Responsibilities:

• Contact policyholders and follow up on claims
• Investigate and report on claim causes with recommendations
• Leverage technology to scope damages and assessments
• Negotiate fair settlements and recommend further investigation
• Follow established policies and maintain high-quality service

Requirements

• Completion of high school; post-secondary education is a plus
• 2 years’ relevant claims adjusting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to acquire level 1 SK adjuster’s license
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
