The Opportunity

This role will own the systems that transform raw data into clear, trusted, and actionable insights across the organization.

You will design the data models, dashboards, and reporting pipelines that enable teams to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and make better decisions.

Working closely with product, operations, marketing, and leadership, you will help establish the single source of truth for company metrics and ensure data becomes a core operational asset for the business.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who enjoys building scalable analytics systems that bring clarity to complex operational environments.

What You’ll Do

Operational Dashboards & Reporting

  • Design and maintain dashboards that provide teams with real-time visibility into key operational metrics.
  • Build reporting systems that support clinical operations, product performance, marketing insights, and business performance monitoring.
  • Ensure dashboards are intuitive, reliable, and widely adopted across teams.

Data Modelling & Metrics Ownership

  • Design and maintain the company’s core analytics data models that power reporting and decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain the single source of truth for key company metrics.
  • Ensure metric definitions remain consistent across product, operations, finance, and leadership reporting.
  • Build structured datasets that enable reliable and scalable analytics.

Data Infrastructure & Reliability

  • Build and maintain reliable data pipelines that power operational reporting and analytics.
  • Ensure analytics systems are scalable, well-structured, and resilient as the company grows.
  • Implement monitoring and validation processes to maintain high data accuracy and trust.
  • Improve performance and efficiency of data workflows.

Business Intelligence & Insights

  • Partner with department leaders to define meaningful KPIs and reporting frameworks.
  • Translate business questions into data-driven analysis and actionable insights.
  • Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities through analysis of operational and product data.
  • Support leadership with insights that guide strategic decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, engineering, and operational teams to understand evolving data needs.
  • Enable teams to use data effectively in their day-to-day decision-making.
  • Promote a culture of data-informed execution across the organization.

Data Quality & Governance

  • Maintain strong standards for data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Establish processes that ensure reporting integrity and prevent data inconsistencies.
  • Document data models, metric definitions, and reporting logic.

What You Bring

  • 5–8+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or data analytics roles.
  • Proven experience building operational dashboards and reporting systems used by multiple teams.
  • Strong ability to design structured data models that support scalable analytics.
  • Experience building or maintaining data pipelines and analytics workflows.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in healthcare, SaaS, or digital platform companies.
  • Experience supporting operational teams such as clinical operations, product, marketing, or finance.
  • Familiarity with modern analytics and business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience working in high-growth or startup environments.
