This role is ideal for someone with a high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, who thrives on resolving issues, scenario modeling, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering professional and responsive support to our sales operations and finance teams.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Maintain and improve the monthly data validation process</li> <li>Investigate and resolve discrepancies with swift resolution and proactive communication</li> <li>Respond to inquiries from sales reps and management with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset</li> <li>Ensure data integrity across Salesforce, NetSuite, any commission platforms, and reporting tools to support internal controls</li> <li>Collaborate with Accounting team during the monthly close to support accruals and variance analysis</li> <li>Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to ensure and enhance accurate recordkeeping and responsiveness</li> <li>Support the Compensation and FP&amp;A teams with incentive and policy modeling by effectively managing large data sets</li> <li>Additional duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>1–3 years of experience in data analytics, order processing, sales operations, or related role managing large data sets for accuracy—preferably in a software or SaaS company</li> <li>Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for resolving issues efficiently</li> <li>High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Salesforce and commission tools (e.g., Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Spiff) is a plus</li> <li>Clear communication skills and a service-oriented approach to internal support</li> <li>A process-driven mindset with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Additional Information</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>The role will operate on the <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">US East Coast</span> </strong>hours</li> <li>Based in <strong data-start="55" data-end="77" data-is-only-node="">Hyderabad</strong></li> </ul> </div> <div><em>As an equal opportunity employer, Schrödinger hires outstanding individuals into every position in the company.
