Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and well-connected
Overseas Hospitality Recruitment & Procurement Specialist
who has proven experience in sourcing and procuring international job vacancies within the
Hotel & Hospitality industry
.
This role is ideal for professionals who have an existing network of international employers, recruitment agencies, or hospitality groups and can independently generate overseas placement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure
overseas job requirements
from hotels, resorts, cruise lines, restaurants, and hospitality groups.
- Build and maintain relationships with
international employers, HR managers, and recruitment partners
.
- Procure
verified job vacancies
for roles such as Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B Service, Culinary, Guest Relations, etc.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to align candidate profiles with job requirements.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and recruitment agreements with overseas clients.
- Ensure compliance with international hiring standards and documentation processes.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of active job openings across multiple countries.
- Monitor market trends in global hospitality hiring and identify new business opportunities.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Proven experience in
Overseas Vacancy Procurement
specifically in the
Hospitality & Hotel sector
(mandatory).
- Strong network of
international hospitality employers or recruiters
.
- In-depth understanding of global recruitment processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Prior experience working with manpower agencies, hospitality institutes, or international recruiters will be an advantage.
Compensation Structure
