Job Description

Our client needs a

Senior CRO Specialist

to improve e-commerce performance through A/B testing, analytics, and user behavior insights.

You’ll own experimentation across the customer journey and drive improvements in conversion, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and run

A/B tests

across homepage, product pages, and checkout

  • Analyze user behavior using

GA4, heatmaps, and session tools

  • Define hypotheses, KPIs, and ensure test accuracy
  • Build and manage a

CRO roadmap

  • Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders
  • Work with

UX, Product, Marketing, SEO, and Engineering teams

  • Conduct user research to identify optimization opportunities

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years experience in

CRO / A/B testing / e-commerce optimization

  • Strong experience with

GA4, testing tools, and analytics platforms

  • Proven impact on

conversion rate, engagement, or revenue

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working on

high-traffic e-commerce platforms

  • Good communication and cross-team collaboration

Nice to Have

  • Experience with

UX tools (Figma)

  • Strong strategic and data-driven mindset
  • Experience combining

data + user research insights

Additional Info

  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: 6 months (temp support for team gap)
  • Hybrid role (must be able to work onsite in NYC)
  • $60/hr
