As a Senior Professional in Manufacturing Production Planning & Control at our dynamic Manufacturing Production team, you will play a crucial role in leading critical production processes and enhancing the operational technology security landscape.
- *Role Overview:**
Join our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and drive excellence by maintaining the design intent and integrity of products assembled on the shop floor. Your continuous improvement efforts across all manufacturing processes and systems will be instrumental in achieving operational success.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Implement process adaptations and workstation improvements using SPS tools and methodologies.
- Participate in designing specifications and quotations for new line architectures to meet Safety, Quality, Lead Time, and Productivity requirements.
- Deploy SPS principles and apply Lean / Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement.
- Manage capacity vs. workload balancing using digital tools.
- Optimize lead times and ensure adequate line capacity.
- Develop and update operator work instructions for training and process standardization.
- Contribute to new product industrialization and conduct feasibility studies.
- Lead and support new production ramp-up activities.
- Provide complementary expertise to IIT3 and support additional tasks as assigned.
- *Qualification Required:**
- Education: English proficiency at B1 level.
- Experience: 6-8 years of relevant industrial/manufacturing engineering experience.
- *Additional Information:**
Exposure to Lean manufacturing, PLC processes, and industrial performance tools is preferred. The role may involve the qualification of processes at supplier sites.
