We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper with experience in both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients
• Perform bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Manage and maintain general ledger entries
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
• Process payroll and payroll tax filings
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Collaborate with accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a genuine care about their work (takes ownership), the firm, and other team members
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Experience with bank and credit card reconciliations
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience with multiple client accounts
