Role Overview

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who is eager to learn, experiment, and grow with us. You’ll work across the stack — from designing user-facing components in React, Next.js, Vite to developing scalable APIs with FastAPI and integrating AI frameworks like LangChain. Since this role is equity-based until funding/revenue, it’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to contribute to a high-impact project, wear multiple hats, and shape the direction of our product.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain full-stack features using Python, FastAPI, and React.js

Design and optimize data storage solutions with MongoDB

Integrate and experiment with AI workflows using LangChain

Deploy and manage applications in AWS

Collaborate closely with a small team of engineers, designers, and founders to bring ideas from concept to execution

Ask questions, propose solutions, and contribute to shaping product direction

Support UX/UI improvements to ensure a seamless user experience

Requirements

Strong foundation in Python and JavaScript (React.js/Nextjs and ReactFlow)

Experience with FastAPI

Familiarity with MongoDB, Neo4j and cloud services (preferably AWS)

Curiosity and willingness to dive into AI tools like LangChain

Ability to work in a fast-paced, small-team startup environment and take on multiple responsibilities

Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills — if you lack strong soft skills, this role is not for you

Commitment of 20 hours per week, available within the designated time zone

Must be a U.S. citizen and based in the U.S.
