Who we need Reporting to the Account Director, Fuel, we are hiring a Manager, Marketing and Partnerships – Fuel to join our team.

As the new Manager, Marketing and Partnerships, you will sit at the intersection of data, marketing strategy, and partnership performance for Shell, one of our key strategic accounts.

This role is uniquely positioned to bridge marketing execution and performance analytics ensuring tight alignment between campaign activity and partnership KPIs.

You will lead data-informed campaign planning and execution, guiding targeting, segmentation, and performance optimization while tracking and reporting on key account KPIs.

Working closely with the Account Director and cross-functional teams, you will develop creative briefs, deliver structured insights and business cases, and help strengthen engagement and performance across the Shell partnership.

This job posting is for an existing full-time, hybrid role, working three days per week on-site at our Toronto office.

As our new Manager, Marketing & Partnerships, Fuel, you will: Develop data-driven marketing strategies.

You will leverage insights from performance data, market trends, and audience behaviour to develop high-impact campaign plans that drive core KPIs.

You will define targeting and segmentation approaches, identifying where to focus and why, and lead the end-to-end briefing process across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Translate data into insights and action.

You will monitor campaign execution and performance in real time, proactively identifying risks and optimization opportunities.

You will deliver comprehensive post-campaign analyses, including executive-ready summaries with actionable insights and recommendations Monitor performance and drive optimization.

You will collaborate with Data Science to track and analyze Shell account KPIs using dashboards, providing regular updates and recommendations.

You will deliver Monthly Business Reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), ensuring insights are clearly connected to future strategy.

Build and nurture relationships.

You will act as a key marketing and partnership contact for the Shell account, fostering strong internal and external relationships and managing regular communications.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop marketing initiatives and influence decisions through clear, data-backed recommendations.

Guide strategic decisions.

You will contribute to broader account deliverables, including annual account plans, QBRs, and KPI progress decks.

You will integrate campaign performance data, forward-looking recommendations, and competitive insights to highlight trends, opportunities, and strategic priorities.
