About the role

Position – Director – Creative Content

City: Delhi

CTC: Upto 21 LPA

Annual Retention Bonus – 10%. This is part of the above CTC and released on completion of one year. Subject to being on the payroll and not serving a notice period.

Role & Responsibilities -

· Lead the overall creative vision while actively shaping the craft of content across key client accounts

· Drive ideation and personally elevate the quality of ideas, storytelling, writing, and visual thinking across campaigns

· Be the final custodian of the idea and the copy—ensuring every piece of content meets a high bar of originality, clarity, and execution

· Partner with clients to translate business objectives into insight-led, beautifully crafted creative solutions

· Build long-term impact driven content IPs for partner brands

· Review, refine, and elevate work hands-on—from scripts and copies to films, social content, and branded assets

· Build distinctive content narratives and formats, not just campaigns

· Stay ahead of digital trends, platform innovations, and emerging storytelling styles and formats

· Collaborate with strategy, business, and production teams to deliver ideas that are both strategically sound and creatively exceptional

· Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary creative team (writers, designers, strategists), raising their craft and taste, not just output

· Contribute to new business pitches with sharp, standout creative thinking rooted in strong executional ideas

· Balance creativity with timelines, budgets, and commercial outcomes

Qualifications & Skills -

· Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred.

· 10+ years of experience in creative content, branded content, or advertising roles, preferably within a digital or integrated agency environment

· A strong portfolio of work demonstrating high-impact campaigns and creative leadership is mandatory

· Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability

· Deep understanding of digital content ecosystems and platforms

· Familiarity with AI tools and an openness to leveraging them for content creation, ideation, and efficiency

· Proven experience in managing senior client stakeholders

· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
