Experienced Parts Advisor

Scarsview Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our growing team. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Parts Advisor (required)
• Knowledge of Reynolds operating system is a strong asset
• Solid understanding of automotive systems and components
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to comfortably lift and handle heavy parts.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Sales

• Assist retail and internal customers with part selection and availability
• Provide accurate quotes, explain warranties, and suggest additional products
• Manage phone, email, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism
• Ability to work evening and Saturday shifts.

Inventory Management

• Track stock levels, receive and organize inventory
• Maintain accurate records using Reynolds & Reynolds software
• Reorder parts and supplies as needed

Order Fulfillment

• Prepare and process parts orders for customers and service technicians
• Handle returns, warranty claims, deliveries, and pickups

Technical Coordination

• Collaborate with service team to source correct parts for repairs
• Stay current on recalls, bulletins, and product updates

Administrative Duties

• Maintain records and generate invoices
• Create displays for parts and accessories
• Keep department clean, organized, and well-stocked
