Job Description
Step into a pivotal role as a Part-time Service Desk Technician for MyChart. Provide tailored support, troubleshooting issues and enhancing patient satisfaction through quality service delivery.
You will act as the primary contact for MyChart support inquiries, offering level 1 triage and guiding patients through troubleshooting steps. Responsibilities also include managing activation code requests, keeping detailed documentation of interactions, and engaging with the MyChart support team. Focus on fostering a positive customer experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all MyChart service calls from patients
- Assist customers in resolving basic MyChart issues
- Document support interactions for escalation
- Manage inbasket for activation code requests
- Collaborate with other support tiers as required
Requirements
- Completed 2-year Diploma in a related field
- At least 5 years in customer service roles
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- ITIL Foundations knowledge is an asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
