We are looking for a highly experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to take full ownership of the CRO direction across one of our ecommerce brands, with the opportunity to expand across multiple brands within our ecosystem. This is a senior, performance-driven role for someone who can independently drive strategy, execution, and results, with minimal oversight. About the Role You will be responsible for managing the entire CRO process end-to-end: Developing monthly testing roadmaps Leading the implementation of landing pages, pre-sell pages, and offers Running A/B tests and analyzing performance Continuously optimizing based on data and insights Ensuring CRO team members’ deliverables are shipped on time We are specifically looking for someone who can generate measurable profit impact quickly, with the expectation that your work will cover your compensation and associated CRO costs within the first month. Key Responsibilities Strategize and create net new high-converting funnels Managing CRO team members Develop and execute radical A/B tests (not just small optimizations) Launch 3 completely new pre-sell or product page concepts per month Analyze performance and iterate based on data Coordinate and manage execution (design, copy, development) Continuously improve conversion rate (CVR), revenue per visitor (RPV), average order value (AOV), and overall profitability What we are looking for Proven experience in CRO for DTC / ecommerce brands Pre-sell pages / advertorials Demonstrated ability to drive conversion rate and revenue growth Experience with rapid testing environments Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Ability to operate independently and take full ownership Ability to handle and manage multiple CRO tests in different stages at the same time Nice to Have Experience in the health / supplements niche Experience working with 50+ target audience Understanding of advertorial landing pages, classic / long-form sales page design styles (preferred by older audiences) Access to a network or team (copywriters, designers, developers) About Us Ecommerce business with $400,000 – $1,000,000 monthly revenue Multiple brands with long-term CRO needs Focus on long-term collaboration and scaling We are looking for someone who can make a real, measurable impact on revenue, not just improvements.
