Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through effective lead generation, client relationship management, and sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions for home loans (HL) and loan against property (LAP).
• Identify new business opportunities by networking within the community, attending industry events, and leveraging referrals from existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries, address concerns, and ensure seamless execution of transactions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay updated on industry developments.
