Job Description

As a Customer Support Manager at Sberbank in Delhi, your role is to ensure excellent support for corporate clients by developing the service and support function. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

The qualifications required for this position are:

  • Experience in the Customer Service field.
  • 2 years of experience in a Call Center for corporate banking services.
  • Knowledge of corporate banking products such as letter of credit, banking guarantees, corporate loans & accounts, etc.
  • Knowledge of IT systems.
