Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with expertise in handling AWS/Azure clients and managing cloud-based engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong client relationship management skills along with a good understanding of cloud infrastructure, managed services, and digital transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with clients operating on AWS and Azure platforms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication, governance, and escalations.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to deliver suitable cloud solutions and services.
- Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling cloud and managed service offerings.
- Conduct regular account reviews, customer meetings, and business discussions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, delivery performance, and revenue targets.
- Support contract renewals, commercial discussions, and account planning activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 69 years of experience in Account Management / Client Management within the IT industry.
- Hands-on exposure to managing clients with AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, migration, managed services, and support models.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technical and business teams.
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with enterprise customers preferred.
