As a Channel Sales Executive in the solar industry, your main responsibility will be to expand the B2B distribution network. You will need to work on developing and managing channel partners, dealers, distributors, and EPC partners to increase sales of solar products including solar panels, inverters, structures, and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage channel partners, dealers, and distributors in the assigned territory.
- Generate B2B sales through EPC companies, electrical contractors, and solar installers.
- Identify and appoint new dealers and distribution partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with partners.
- Support channel partners with quotations, proposals, and project coordination.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Qualifications Required:
- Strong B2B Sales & Channel Development Skills
- Knowledge of Solar PV Products & Electrical Systems
- Positive communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Market development and relationship management
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Experience in Solar, Electrical, Inverter, Battery, or Renewable Energy Industry
- Existing network with EPC companies, dealers, and distributors
- Knowledge of solar projects (Residential / Commercial / Industrial)
