Job Description

An innovative, expanding, international company rooted in the Annapolis/Kent Island area of Maryland is looking for an on site proactive, detail-driven Salesforce Administrator to support, enhance, and optimize our Salesforce system. This individual will report to our Stevensville, MD location daily and partner with teams across Sauer Compressors, North America to drive and improve efficiency and data integrity. As a customer centric, family-oriented organization, we focus on career minded individuals searching for their once in a lifetime opportunity to join our winning team! This position will report directly to the National Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day administration of Salesforce, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions and data maintenance
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards and workflows to support business needs
  • Partner with teams in the organization to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Maintain data quality through regular audits and validation rules
  • Assist with system enhancements such as new features, integrations and automation
  • Support end users with troubleshooting, training and best practices
  • Monitor platform updates and recommend improvements aligned with business goals
  • Ensure compliance with security standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • 2-4 years of Salesforce administration experience (or equivalent hands-on work)
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules and automation tools
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards and data management
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize, within high-paced environment
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn new Salesforce features as well as other systems that integrate with the platform
