Job Title: Dispatch Manager – Transmission Powerline Industry
Location: Hingna MIDC, Nagpur
Salary: ₹55,000 – ₹70,000 (Negotiable)

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager to handle end-to-end dispatch operations in the transmission powerline/tower industry. The candidate will ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials while coordinating with production, logistics, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage dispatch planning and execution of transmission tower materials
- Coordinate with production, store, and logistics teams
- Ensure proper documentation (challans, invoices, e-way bills)
- Monitor loading/unloading and transportation activities
- Maintain dispatch records and reports
- Ensure timely delivery as per project/site requirements
- Handle vendor/transporter coordination
Requirements
- Experience in transmission tower / heavy fabrication industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of dispatch, logistics, and documentation
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines
