Job Title: Dispatch Manager – Transmission Powerline Industry

Location: Hingna MIDC, Nagpur

Salary: ₹55,000 – ₹70,000 (Negotiable)

Experience: 5–7+ Years

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager to handle end-to-end dispatch operations in the transmission powerline/tower industry. The candidate will ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials while coordinating with production, logistics, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage dispatch planning and execution of transmission tower materials
• Coordinate with production, store, and logistics teams
• Ensure proper documentation (challans, invoices, e-way bills)
• Monitor loading/unloading and transportation activities
• Maintain dispatch records and reports
• Ensure timely delivery as per project/site requirements
• Handle vendor/transporter coordination

Requirements

• Experience in transmission tower / heavy fabrication industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of dispatch, logistics, and documentation
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
