Entry Level Accountant

We’re hiring an Entry-Level Accountant who is organized, dependable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, structured environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in keeping things accurate and organized.

This position will report directly to the Accounting Manager and will work closely with leadership and other internal departments. This is an in-office position designed for someone looking to build a long-term career path within accounting and finance.

You’ll support the accounting team with day-to-day financial tasks, reporting, and data entry while gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of accounting and business operations. We’re looking for someone who is motivated to learn, works well independently, and can keep up in a team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

Enter and maintain accurate financial records and data

Help reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies

Support month-end closing processes and reporting

Organize invoices, receipts, and financial documentation

Assist with tracking expenses and maintaining spreadsheets

Work with internal departments to gather financial information as needed

Help maintain accuracy and organization within accounting systems

Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and company information

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic understanding of accounting principles

Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial systems

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Professionalism and discretion with confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

0–3 years of accounting experience (internships may be considered)

Experience with Microsoft Excel and accounting software preferred
