In this key position, you will report to the Director of Pharmacy Services North and will be instrumental in aligning operational plans with the Saskatchewan Health Authority’s objectives.

You’ll be tasked with monitoring performance and leading efforts to enhance the quality of healthcare services while collaborating closely with community and system partners to drive initiatives that matter. Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute impactful operational plans
• Monitor and evaluate service delivery objectives
• Partner with diverse stakeholders for optimal health outcomes
• Inspire and lead cross-functional teams effectively
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards in pharmacy practice Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in a healthcare environment
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent credentials
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Superior communication and analytical abilities
