About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Generating original, high-quality visual assets for Peblo's animated and educational content using state-of-the-art AI image generation tools.

2. Collaborating with scriptwriters, educators, and designers to visualize characters, environments, and in-app experiences aligned with Peblo's storytelling and brand vision.

3. Interpreting creative briefs to produce concept art, storyboards, and final visuals for children's media, ensuring visual consistency and strong appeal for ages 5-12.

4. Iterating, experimenting, and refining outputs using both manual illustration skills and AI platforms based on multidisciplinary feedback.

5. Contributing to defining Peblo's visual language and experimenting with new AI art workflows as the company builds its first product release.

6. Ensuring all generated artwork aligns with Peblo's values of inclusivity, joy, and cultural relevance.

7. Managing asset organization, version history, and documentation for team-wide sharing in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Other Requirements:

• 1. Strong portfolio with examples of character and environment concept art, children’s visuals, or story-driven illustration.
• 2. Proficiency or demonstrable experience with leading AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, NanoBanana, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms).
• 3. Deep understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and child-focused design sensibilities.
• 4. Sensitivity to Indian cultural themes and the ability to localize global visual references for young learners in India.
• 5. Ability to collaborate within diverse, distributed teams and respond positively to feedback and fast-changing requirements.
• 6. Self-driven, organized, and able to deliver high-quality work independently under quick turnaround times.
• 7. Commitment to Peblo’s values: craftsmanship, curiosity, product thinking, and impact.
• 8. Prior experience with educational content, children’s animation, or interactive/game assets.
• 9. Familiarity with storyboarding, color scripting, and basic animation workflows.
• 10. Interest in the future of AI-powered creative tools and a willingness to experiment and learn new technologies in art production.
