Job Description Front Line Officer- Fire Safety
Position: Front Line Officer- Fire
Education: BSC OR DIploma (Fire & Safety)
Experience: Min 8 Years
Location: Rehla, Palamu (Jharkhand)

Key Responsibilities
- Firefighting Services & Emergency Readiness
- Ensure availability, maintenance, and periodic inspection of all firefighting equipment and systems.
- Lead and manage firefighting operations during emergencies, ensuring minimum response time and effective control.
- Ensure timely refilling, replacement, and proper placement of portable fire extinguishers across all departments.
- Plan and conduct regular fire drills and mock drills to assess emergency preparedness.
- Ensure readiness and operational efficiency of fire and security teams at all times.
- Implement and monitor Disaster Management Plan (DMP) across the facility.
- Train security personnel and employees on firefighting techniques and emergency response procedures.
2. Training, Liaison & Awareness
- Organize and conduct regular training programs on fire safety, emergency response, and evacuation procedures.
- Develop competency of fire and security teams through structured training initiatives.
- Liaise with external agencies such as fire departments, police authorities, and transport authorities for compliance and emergency support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities to ensure effective coordination during emergencies.
- Conduct awareness sessions and knowledge-sharing programs to promote a safety culture across the organization.
- Support business continuity planning through effective risk mitigation and emergency preparedness strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree (preferred Fire)
- Diploma/Certification in Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety (mandatory)
Experience
- 815 years of experience in firefighting, safety, or security management in industrial environments
