Job Summary

The Sr. PRO will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, TPAs, government bodies, and referral networks. The role focuses on business development, brand promotion, and patient inflow enhancement for a 300-beded Cancer-specialty hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate & Institutional Tie-ups:

Develop and manage relationships with corporate sectors such as ECL, BCCL, ESI, TCS, CESC, CSIR, COAL INDIA LTD. FCI,HPCL,IOCL, S.S, NTPC, etc.

Identify and onboard new corporate clients for healthcare services

Handle negotiations and execution of corporate agreements/MOUs

2. TPA & Insurance Coordination:

Maintain strong liaison with various TPAs and insurance companies

Ensure smooth empanelment, documentation, and renewal processes

3. Business Development:

Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase patient footfall (OPD/IPD)

Generate referrals from doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and diagnostic centers

Conduct regular field visits to corporate offices and industries

4. Brand Promotion & Marketing:

Organize health camps, awareness programs, and promotional events

Coordinate digital and offline marketing activities

Promote hospital services, specialties, and consultants in the target market

5. Relationship Management:

Maintain excellent relationships with doctors, HRs, and key stakeholders

Address patient and corporate grievances promptly

Ensure high level of client satisfaction and retention

6. Reporting & MIS:

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly marketing reports

Track performance of corporate business and TPA inflow

Analyze market trends and competitor activities

7. Internal Coordination:

Coordinate with medical, billing, and operations team for smooth service delivery

Ensure proper communication between hospital departments and external clients

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication and negotiation skills

knowledge of TPA, insurance, and healthcare systems

Marketing strategy and business development expertise

Good networking and relationship-building ability

Leadership and team handling skills

Computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Power-point)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Number of new corporate tie-ups

Revenue generation from corporate and insurance segment

Patient satisfaction rate

Preferred Profile:

Experience in handling large hospitals (Minimum 100+ beds)

Strong network in industrial and corporate sectors

** Exposure to pharmaceutical marketing will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
