Production Manager – Garment Manufacturing

We are looking for a results-driven Production Manager to lead factory operations, ensure timely order delivery, and maintain high-quality production standards. The role focuses on maximizing efficiency, optimizing production lines, and driving continuous improvement across processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily/weekly production targets and ensure on-time order fulfilment
• Improve factory efficiency through line balancing and process optimization
• Reduce defects and enhance overall product quality
• Monitor key metrics (Efficiency %, PPH, defect rate) and take corrective actions
• Lead production teams, manage manpower effectively, and ensure a safe work environment
• Drive accurate reporting, including production tracking and reconciliation

Requirements

• 8+ years in garment manufacturing, including 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in Industrial Engineering, line balancing, and lean manufacturing
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
