Job Description
The Service Advisor is responsible for managing customer vehicle service requirements, coordinating with workshop technicians, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction at the dealership. The role involves vehicle inspection, customer interaction, service estimation, and timely delivery of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand vehicle complaints/issues
- Prepare job cards and record customer requirements accurately
- Coordinate with technicians for vehicle diagnosis and repair
- Explain repair work, maintenance requirements, and estimated costs to customers
- Monitor vehicle service progress and provide regular updates
- Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles
- Handle customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Promote periodic maintenance, accessories, and value-added services
- Maintain service history and documentation properly
- Follow company and Maruti Suzuki service standards
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field
- Experience in automobile service industry preferred
- Knowledge of 4-wheeler systems and vehicle maintenance
Skills Required
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Technical knowledge of automobiles
- Problem-solving ability
- Computer knowledge and service software handling
- Team coordination and multitasking skills
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years in automotive dealership/service center
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
