Role Description

This internship opportunity as a Learning Experience & Innovation Intern involves supporting the design, development, and improvement of innovative learning experiences and solutions. Key responsibilities include assisting with learning management strategies, training and development implementation, and instructional design projects. The intern will also collaborate with the team to execute both digital and on-site learning initiatives. This is an on-site internship, based in Thrissur, Kerala.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Learning Management Systems and Learning Management techniques.
• Experience or interest in Training & Development and Instructional Design methodologies in K-12 Education.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with the team and learners.
• Ability to work on-site in Thrissur and contribute as part of a dynamic team environment.
• Prior exposure to education technology or interest in digital learning tools is an advantage.
• Passionate about innovation and enhancing the learning experiences of diverse audiences.
• Skills in content creation and creative thinking is a plus
