PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

To address requirements in the area of SCM Extended Warehouse Management solution, Build competencies at Solution Delivery Center to deliver SAP EWM and related solution areas

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

· Good understanding of end-to-end core business processes of Warehouse Management

· Good knowledge on software project life cycle

· Support functional team in definition and design of developments needed to enhance standard product in order to covering customer requirements

· Ability to facilitate customer discussions and elaborate on the areas of proposed improvements

· Aptitude to define the problem concisely and propose solution

Key Performance Indicators

· Customer Feedback/customer satisfaction scores

Experience and Other Requirements

· Experience/exposure to Extended Warehouse Management Solutions (EWM 9.5 or S/4HANA EWM)

· Experience/exposure of show & tell workshops, SAP best practices

· Experience in business process configurations and testing of process scenarios

· At least two full cycle implementation/rollout experience and/or involved in implementation of EWM and experience as power users with ~ 5 years of experience

· Experience/exposure to EWM integration with MM/SD/PP

· Experience of designing EWM technical solutions

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

· Degree in Engineering (BE, BTech)

· Strong knowledge in SAP SCM Extended Warehouse Management Solutions and S/4HANA Embedded EWM Solution

· Proficient in ABAP Technologies (ABAP Workbench, Data Dictionary, Report Programming, Data Migration, Screen Programming, SmartForms, Adobe forms, ALE/IDOC, Workflow, Web Dynpro. Enhancements and Modifications.

· SAP Certification in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) desirable

· SAP Certification in ABAP desirable

· Knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology

· Strong client-facing experience and well-developed customer focus

· Solid oral and written communication skills

· Mobility is must – candidate must be ready to travel to project locations (short term and long term)
