What you'll build
- Drive AI adoption and awareness across the organization through structured communication, training programs, and enablement initiatives.
- Develop clear, engaging content (newsletters, dashboards, learning materials) that translate AI, data, and analytics concepts into business-friendly narratives.
- Design and deliver learning experiences and workshops to help diverse audiences understand and use AI and data tools effectively.
- Create data-driven stories and visualizations to highlight insights, use cases, and the value of AI initiatives.
- Establish scalable communication and documentation frameworks to support continuous adoption and engagement.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to bridge the gap between technology capabilities and user understanding.
What you bring
- Proven strength in explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences through teaching and training experience
- Hands-on experience with data analytics, Python, Power BI, and visualization, enabling effective storytelling with data
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption through structured learning programs and content creation
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with global audiences
- Experience translating data and analytics into actionable insights and business narratives
- Ability to bridge business and technical perspectives, supported by prior work in education and digital marketing
- Passion for AI adoption, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, with a focus on enablement and organizational impact
- Capability to support documentation, reporting, and structured communication processes at scale.
