This is a full-time on-site role for a Counseling Psychologist located in Chennai. The Counseling Psychologist will provide individual and group counseling sessions focused on mental health and well-being. The role also involves collaborating with the team to enhance wellness programs and ensure holistic care aligned with client needs.

Strong skills in individual counseling, group therapy, and crisis intervention

Experience in delivering mental health workshops and awareness programs

Master's degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field

Licensure or certification as required by local or national regulations

Experience in workplace mental health initiatives is an advantage
